Assigned Orders

Once an order has been placed, the Expediting Manager assigns the order to an Expediter – see Orders in Progress for details on assigning orders.

Use the date filter at the top to view a selected date range. With a Client Company selected, you may also filter on Region and Location.

Items that have a 'chat bubble' next to the order number have an associated discussion, which is available on the Order details page.  These details are accessible by clicking on the order number link.


Click the Print Shopping Lists button to print out the shopping lists for each Purchaser.


Click on a column heading to sort by that column.

Click on the order number to update the assigned order details. You may add purchaser notes and mark items as bought.

  You need the following permissions (see Manage Permissions):

To view this screen:   "Update Assigned Orders"
To view any order assigned to your Expediting team:  "View All Assigned Orders"
