Edit an Air Charter

Use this screen to edit the details of an Air Charter.

Details of an Air Charter include: Charter Date, Hours, Cost, Charter Company details, Aircraft, Accounting Codes (Programs, Activity Codes and Cost Codes – see Customise CampControl to configure these codes), leg details and any notes.

Each leg can be associated to separate Accounting Codes (Programs, Activity Codes and Cost Codes – see Customise CampControl to configure these codes).

Click “Add more lines” to enter more legs in the charter.

Click “Save” to save the details and return to the previous screen.

Click “Save and Continue” to save the details and continue editing.

Click “Print this Charter” to print the charter details.

You need the following permissions (see Manage Permissions): To view this screen:   "Create Air Charter Order"
