Travel Summary

View this page in Español, Français, Português, Русский or another language.

The Travel Summary screen provides a calendar and a concise overview of company travel (flights and accommodation).

Mouse over the highlighted dates in the calendar to see activity for the given date.

The table is divided into two main sections, with the flight details on the left and the accommodation details on the right. By default it is ordered by date, thereby showing the flight and accommodation bookings in the order they occur in time.

Click on an order number to view the details for the given order.

Mouse over the italisized 'Departing' value to reveal more details of the flight.

Click on the "Print" or "Download to Excel" buttons to perform the associated action.
